Photocopy
Library provides photocopy service to its users on payment basis in the Reference section. One Rupee per page is charged. Only Photocopy of the books available in the Reference Section can be done. Due to copyright issues no user is allowed to get the photocopy of more than thirty pages from a single book.
Inter-Library Loan(ILL)
Specific Book required but not available in its collection, Library arranges to provide its users the book from other library on Inter Library Loan basis. Such books will have to be handled with utmost care and must be returned to the lending library well in time. Members are requested to send a formal request to the library with complete bibliographic details of documents required. Postage charges are involved for availing such service.
Resource Sharing
SMVD University Library is a member ofDELNET DELNET (Developing Library network), New Delhi and INFLIBNET, Gandhinagar, Gujarat. The Library coordinates with these organizations for providing Document Delivery Service and Inter-library-Loan Service.

eContents Page Journal
eContentsPage is one of the Current Awareness Services offered by the central library to its users catering to the needs of the students, research scholars and faculty members. The Service provides the contents of the print journals subscribed by the central library in digital form. The service keeps the researchers and the faculty members up-to-date in their area of interest through e-mail alerts.
eNewspaper Clippings Service
Library keeps aware its users about the University through email based Newspaper Clippings Service and advertisements of SMVD University and policies related to AICTE, UGC etc. Library also maintains all such clippings for future reference.
